Beijing Huayu Qixin Technology Co., Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TimeCraft WaterMark Camera mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using TimeCraft WaterMark Camera, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Photos stay on your device. All photos you take are processed with watermarks and saved only on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any server. There is no risk of your photos being leaked through our service.

• Support communications: If you contact us (e.g., via email), we may collect your email address and the content of your message.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique identifiers (e.g., for crash reporting and analytics, if applicable).
• Usage data: How you interact with the App, such as features used and session duration (if we use analytics).

1.3 Information Used by the App

• Camera access: Used solely to capture photos. Images are processed on-device to add watermarks. We do not upload or store your photos on our servers.
• Location: Used to display location-based watermarks on your photos. Location data is obtained only when you grant permission and is used locally to generate watermarks. We do not store or transmit your location to our servers.
• Photo library: Used to save watermarked photos to your device. We do not access, upload, or store your photo library content.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• RevenueCat: For in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect purchase history, subscription status, and device identifiers. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Payment and subscription transactions are processed by Apple or Google. Their respective privacy policies apply to payment data.
• Location services: We use the device's built-in location services (e.g., Apple Location Services, Google Play Services) to obtain location. These services are subject to Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

• To provide and improve the App and its features
• To process subscriptions and in-app purchases

Photos and location data used for watermarks are processed on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, fulfill legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Support correspondence may be retained for a reasonable period to assist with follow-up inquiries.
